Our Pastors

David Beseler

Dr. David Beseler, Senior Pastor

Hi there, I'm Pastor Dave Beseler, Senior pastor at
Crossroads. I was raised in a Christian family and came to
faith in Christ at an early age. I felt a strong call to
ministry following High School and attended and graduated
from Southwestern Bible College in Phoenix Arizona in 1984.
It was during this time that I met and married Mindy in 1983.
She is an awesome wife! I was ordained to the ministry in
1985. I appreciate education and learning and so I later
went on to get both Masters and Doctorate degrees.

For Fun:

  • Traveling, favorite place - Israel!
  • Studying the Bible and preaching and teaching it.
  • Serving as a Chaplain in the Air National Guard
  • Horseback riding on our horses, ATV riding, fishing, and
    hiking.
  • Being my wife's husband and my four kids' dad.

My Favorites:
Movie

  • Real Guy Flicks, "The Great Escape", "Band of Brothers", Westerns

Music

  • Anytime they sing about Jesus, especially in a Rock
    way...

T.V. Show

  • Stargate, Eureka, Monk, Psyche (not much time
    for any others)

Car

  • Corvette but because I can't afford it, a mini-van,
    oh well...

Steve Jarman

Steve Jarman, Associate Pastor

Steve came to the Lord when he was 24 years old while
in graduate school at Eastern Washington University. This
was after several years of Christ calling Steve to Him and
after many years of walking a worldly lifestyle. It was
through the patience and grace of the Lord and the prayers
of his wife that moved Steve to committing his life to
serving Christ. Since coming to Christ Steve has been
involved in children’s ministries, been part of a short
term mission trip to St. Petersburg Russia, established a
private Christ based counseling center, started a Christian
Children’s Ranch with his family, enlisted in the
Washington Air National Guard as a chaplain assistant, and
along with Pastor Dave responded to the call of Christ to
plant a church in the West Plains to win others to Christ.

Currently Steve lives in Medical Lake with his wife
Holly and five children, works as a mental health therapist
in Spokane, is working on a MDiv, and serves as Associate
Pastor at Crossroads.
